By using www.watertechplus.co.nz you agree that you have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions. All website transactions with Watertech Plus will be in accordance with these terms and conditions.

Watertech Plus has the discretion to decline any order placed or cancel any order for any reason. Whilst every effort is made to ensure prices are always correct on our website, mistakes can occur from time to time. If this is the case, Watertech Plus will notify you of the error and you will then have the choice to either accept the correct price or to cancel your order. Transactions will appear on your credit card statement as H C & G S HOYLE for any transactions through this website.

Please keep your login and password safe; customers are liable for every order made under their login. (only required if customers can charge orders to their account)

All prices displayed on our website are in NZ Dollars and include GST.

Watertech Plus use Windcave for all online credit card payments. We do not collect or store any credit card information. When making a purchase you will be directed to a secure webpage hosted by Windcave to enter your payment details. Windcave is New Zealand's largest and most preferred gateway provider.

Delivery/Shipping

We will endeavour to dispatch all orders received within 5 working days of receiving payment for your order.  If the requested product is out of stock, you will be notified and will be extended the option to cancel, change your order or wait for the product to become available.

We use COURIER COMPANY and/or NZ POST for delivery of goods. Cost of shipping is $7.50. There is a surcharge of $2.00 for Rural Delivery. We do not deliver to overseas addresses. (delete if not applicable and insert international shipping rates).

Refunds/Returns

If you receive a product that is damaged or if you are unsatisfied with the product please contact us within 7 days to request a replacement.  We expect the product to be returned to us ‘unused’, in its original packaging, using the same method as the initial delivery. You are responsible for the cost of returning the item. If your returns request is approved a replacement will be sent or a refund will be made.
