With our state-of-the-art water testing technology onboard our service vehicles and in-store, we can quickly test and correct your water or provide a step-by-step recipe for you with the required products.

Correct water balance is imperative for your health and bather comfort and reduces the use of your most common consumables – sanitisers. You can bring a small sample of water to us to test, or we can come to your site and provide a complete valet service for your equipment.

We have an extensive range of pool pumps and equipment, including alternative sanitiser systems, robotic cleaners and accessories.

Filter Care

Outside of testing, diagnosing and treating for the PH balance in your pool or spa, Watertech can provide regularly scheduled maintenance and care for your pool equipment.

The efficient running of your filter is critical to the overall health of your pool or spa. The filter does a great job of collecting unwanted debris and minute particles in your water. Oils, sunscreen, soaps and anything else you use on your body will end up in your spa or pool; if your filter is working at total capacity, it will remove these damaging particles.

If you are using your spa or pool regularly, we recommend you clean your filter at least every 2-3 weeks. You can stretch this out to four weeks when you are using your facilities less.

Filter Replacement

Spa filters generally have to be replaced every 12-18 months. The indications that you may need to replace your filter include inconsistent flow and more frequent blocking. Left unchecked, you may receive error messages on your touchpad, and the spa may even stop working.

Taking care of your filter will ensure your spa motor doesn’t have to work too hard, which could contribute to increasing its lifespan.
